Untuk menunjang kinerja Android Gingerbread, Motorola membekali ponsel dengan bobot 158 gram ini dengan prosesor dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 dengan kecepatan 1GHz yang dipadukan dengan RAM sebesar 1GB. Perpaduan yang mampu menyajikan kinerja memukau tanpa kendala saat membuka beberapa program sekaligus.
Untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan pengguna yang suka ‘narsis’ disediakan sebuah kamera pada bagian belakang dengan resolusi 8M yang mampu merekam video dengan kualitas HD. Fitur autofocus, dual led-flash ikut disertakan agar hasil jepretan lebih maksimal. Kamera sekunder dengan kualitas VGA yang terdapat pada bagian depan dapat berfungsi sebagai video call.
